How It Happened
The Barons would strike first, as Alexander Dhabliwala found the back of the net on an assist from Tanner Lien just three minutes into this one. The top-team in the PAC, Grove City, would respond with nine unanswered goals in the opening quarter to take a commanding lead that they would not relinquish. Samuel Marshall and Nicholas Sando would score the other first half goals for the Barons.

The Barons were held scoreless in the third quarter, but responded with a trio of goals in the fourth. Sando would score a pair to give him a hat-trick for the Barons, and Michael Francis would score his first of the day. The Wolverines would win 26-6.

Up Next
Franciscan will not take the field until next Wednesday, as they begin four road games in a row. They will travel to Thiel for a 7 pm start on Wednesday. They are looking for their first win against the Tomcats, as they came close last year in an 8-9 battle. Dominic Rohan netted three goals in the back and forth game last season. Thiel has not won a PAC game this season, but they do have a pair of non-conference wins.
