How It Happened
Franciscan and Allegheny would have to wait until Sunday to take the field, as rain and winds would move the originally scheduled PAC doubleheader. The Gators would strike first in game one with a pair of runs in the second and third. The Barons would get on the board in the third, as Samuel Tyler would drive a ball deep enough to left filed to score Anthony Franzonello on a sacrifice fly. Wade Stoehr would drive in Franzonello in the fifth as well to se the score at 4-2. That would be it for the Franciscan offense, as the Gators would score four unanswered to end this one. 

At the Plate
- Peffer and Robb each had two hits.
- Tyler had a double.
- Gators stole six bags.

On the Mound  
- Cavalieri had his longest outing of his career with six innings of work.
- Shae Mummey cleaned up the last three innings while allowing three earned runs.

How It Happened
The Barons would look to reset in game two, but the Gators had different plans as they would plate four runs in the top of the first. They would tack on one more in the second off Jonathan Perez before they went off for 10 runs in the fourth. Samuel Tyler would get the Barons on the board in the home half of the fourth with an RBI double to score Peter Falconite. Nicholas Peffer would then drive in Stoehr later in the inning to give the Barons their lone two runs of the day. The Gators would add four more runs in the seventh, as this one would be called after seven innings due to the PAC run rule.

At the Plate
- Samuel Tyler had two of Franciscan's four hits.
- Falconite drew three walks.
- Allegheny had eight extra-base hits, including one home run.

On the Mound  
- The Barons used six pitchers over seven innings.
- Devon Ashcraft pitched two scoreless innings with one strikeout.

Up Next 
The Barons will return to action at home against Geneva on Tuesday. The doubleheader is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m. The Barons are 6-3 all-time against the Golden Tornadoes, including a split in last season's games. Franciscan lost 3-7, but then won by a score of 4-2. In the win, Jesse Izzo pitched seven innings with just one earned run to earn the win.
