How It Happened 
    Franciscan swuared off with Juniata for the first time in program history on Sunday in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. The Eagles would find the back of the net first with a goal from Sidney Simpson in the 26th minute, and that would be all the scoring in this defensive battle. The Eagles would hold the Barons to just four shots in the second half to maintain the shutout and secure victory

Inside the Numbers  
- Dextter took six of Franciscan's 11 shots with four of them being on goal.
- DeWolf was the lone player in the field to play all 90 minutes.
- Dill had five saves.

Who's Next? 
Franciscan will continue non-conference play on the road at Pitt.-Greensburg on Wednesday afternoon. The Barons are 9-6-3 all-time against the Bobcats with wins in their last two matchups. Last season, Franciscan blanked them by a score of 4-0. Bella Rubino scored a pair, as the Barons would score three of their goals in the opening half. The defense would stand strong, as Rebekka Dill had just one save to secure the shutout.
