How It Happened 
    The Barons already took down the top #1 seed in the ECAC tournament, but needed to travel to the host school Newark-Rutgers to face another #1 seed in the ECAC Final Four. This time the Barons were unable to overcome the home field advantage and fell to Newark 1-5. George Phillips scored his seventh goal of the season and was assisted by Aiden Miller for the Barons lone goal. 
    This concludes the Barons 2025 season. It was a successful one that saw the Barons make it to the semifinals of the ECAC for the first time in program history taking down a top 50 team on the way. The Barons will be losing a star-studded senior class, but have seen significant growth and promise from the underclassman.
