The Latest
- Franciscan comes into this game on a three-game winning streak, their third winning streak this season of three or more games. They beat Thiel in a close one on Saturday by a score of 64-61.

- Josh Zimmerman led the Barons with 21 points at Thiel with eight different Barons scoring in the victory. The win jumped the Barons up to 5th in the PAC, as they hope to earn their way into the six-team PAC Championship Tournament. 

- With a win, the Barons would clinch their first winning season since 1979-80 when Hank Kuzma led the Barons to a 15-14 record. 

Scouting the Cougars
- Chatham is on a nine-game winning streak that was started on New Year's Eve when they beat the Barons 66-51 in Steubenville. Xavier Lovenson, the reigning PAC Player of the Week, led all scorers with 19 points in that win.

- With a win, the Cougars may clinch the #1 seed in the PAC Championship Tournament or a bye, as the top two seeds will earn byes into the semifinal.

- Diaun Pinkett leads the Cougars in scoring at 17.1 ppg, but Lovenson is the hot hand, as he averaged 26.5 ppg in a pair of road wins last week.

Sawyer Reaches 700
- Sawyer Butler reached 700 career points with 12 points at Thiel on Saturday. His 376 points this season are the 8th most scored in a season by a Baron, and he still has five more regular season games to play.

- Butler is second in the PAC in scoring at 18.8 ppg, as he looks to improve upon just five points scored against the Cougars in their New Year's Eve tilt.

No Three, No Problem
- The Barons shot 0-12 from beyond the arc at Thiel on Saturday. The last time that they played a game without a made three-point field goal was November 25, 2017, when they lost to Westimster 78-50 in a non-conference matchup.

- The last game that the Barons won without a made three-point field goal was February 24, 1981, when they beat Frostburg State 74-68. The NCAA added the three-point line for the 1986-87 season.
