How It Happened
Coming off a split in their doubleheader on Sunday where the Barons plated 12 runs, the Barons were held scoreless on Monday. Two pitchers for Centenary combined to shut out the Barons while just allowing seven hits. The Cyclones scored 10 runs on 11 hits. They committed four errors in the field, but the Barons were not able to turn those into runs on this sunny day in Florida.
At the Plate

John Hall led the Barons with two hits.
- Armstrong had the lone extra-base hit with a double.
- Falconite drew the lone walk.
On the Mound
- Gildehaus went two innings in his first collegiate start but will look to bounce back later this week.

Jeremy Sagun provided a valuable three innings of relief with just one earned run on his name.

Up Next
The Barons will return to action on Thursday when they take on Gettysburg at 10:00 a.m. This will be the first time that they take on the Bullets since the 2011 season.
