GREENWOOD, Ind. – Claire Cardie (Jr. Dublin, Pa. / Archbishop Wood) and
Olivia Colby (Sr. Merrimac, Mass. / Pentucket Regional Senior) were named to the 2024-25 Academic All-District® Women's Tennis Team, selected by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) formerly CoSIDA, which recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
This is the first time either of these players were honored by the CSC. Cardie, the computer science major, is coming off of her best collegiate season where she was named First Team All-PAC in singles and doubles. Colby, the accounting major, adds this accolade to an impressive list of accomplishments, as the recent graduate will go down as one of the best doubles players in program history.
Each honoree had to hold a 3.50 cumulative GPA or higher while competing in 70% of the team's matches throughout the season to be eligible.
