GREENWOOD, Ind. – Maria De La Torre (Sr. Westerville, Ohio / Kolbe Academy),
Theresa Lyle (Sr. McMurray, Pa. / Seton LaSalle),
Sydney Naidu (Sr. Leduc County, Alberta / Mother of Divine Grace), and
Kiera Wilson (Jr. Holley, N.Y. / Brockport) were named to the 2025 Academic All-District® At-Large Team, selected by the College Sports Communicators (CSC) formerly CoSIDA, which recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
To earn this recognition, one had to play in 90% of the team's games or start in 66% of them while holding a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher while being at least a sophomore academically and athletically.
Lyle joins a very exclusive club, as she earns this honor for the third-consecutive season. De La Torre pulls off the unique feat of earning this honor in two sports in the same academic year, as she earned this in women's soccer as well. This is the first time that Naidu and Wilson earned his distinction.
