How It Happened
Franciscan Men's Lacrosse hosted Muskingum on a blustery night in Steubenville. The opposition got the win, but Joseph James was the headline by becoming the program leader in goals with his fourth goal of the day.

The Fighting Muskies struck first to build an early lead in the opening quarter. They built a 3-0 lead, but the Barons scored a pair of goals in the opening quarter off the stick of Joseph James. The score was 4-2 after 15 minutes of play. Ayden Burke and Joseph James were able to score in the third, but Muskingum was able to add six more goals to expand the lead. The Fighting Muskies made their move with eight unanswered goals in the third.

James scored a quick one early in the fourth, as he passed Jonas McCaig to become the program leader in goals, in just his third game of his junior season. He is also closing in on program records in points and assists, as the All-American continues to impress.
