Highlights for the Women
- Lauren Dosch placed 17th in the 1500 with a tome of 4:54.73.
- Teresa Meli ran the second-fastest 10,000m in program history. She posted a time of 41:24.88, and Clara Gross was less than 30 seconds behind her in 19th place.
- Mary Kennedy posted a time of 1:03.61 in the 400m.
- Five Barons competed in the 800m, and Emily Maag was the fastest with a time of 2:35.30.
- Mary Durnan ran the third-fastest time in program history in the 100m, with a time of 13.41. She also posted the third-fastest 200m at 27.73.
Highlights for the Men
- Micah Bragg placed 8th in the 10,000 with a time of 33:49.28. That was also the third-fastest time in program history.
- Luke Tran had a personal-best showing in the triple jump. His jump of 10.83 is also the third-best in program history.
- Joseph Rohde was the fastest of seven Barons in the 800m, and he was the lone one under two minutes with a time of 1:58.82.
- John Sicree ran the 400m hurdles in a time of 58.61. That is the fifth-fastest time in program history. He was also the fastest Baron in the 100 with a time of 11.56.
- AJ Gates broke the outdoor program record in the pole vault with his clearance of 4.12m.
- Andrew Menck ran the fifth-fastest 200m in program history with a time of 22.50 seconds.
- Maxwell Bruns was the fastest of four Barons in the 1500m. He ran it in a time of 4:08.70.
- Chris Geiger ran the 400 in a time of 55.46, and Thomas Baus was less than two tenths of a second behind him.
Up Next
The Barons will have a split squad weekend after returning from Easter Break. The majority of the team will head to Westminster on Friday, April 10th - Saturday, April 11th. The rest of the team will make the longer trip east to Bucknell to compete in the Bison Outdoor Classic over the weekend.Â
