2019: Megan was a strong positive leader for this year's Lady Baron volleyball team, as well as the team's statistical leader. Bayer led the Barons in points and kills and was second in service aces. She was second in the conference this season in kills per set with 3.56. She recorded the fourth most points in the conference, and seventh most aces. She had season highs this year versus Berea in a five set thrilling win by recording 23 kills and 26 digs. She recorded eleven games with double digit kills and digs.

2017: Played in 22 matches with 17 starts for the Lady Barons ... averaged 1.99 kills per set in first year with the team ... was second on the team with 153 kills ... was second on the team with 45 total blocks and averaged 0.58 blocks per set ... led the team with 20 solo blocks for the year ... had seven double-digit kills matches ... posted a career-best 14 kills against Penn St.-Altoona (9/27) and Mt. Aloysius (10/11) ... had a career-best .444 hitting percentage against Pitt.-Greensburg (10/2/18 • 10/25) ... had at least one kill in every match ... had four solo blocks against Mt. Aloysius (10/11).

Prior to FUS: Transfer from Loras College ... named to the second-team all-conference at Middleton ... part of the 2014 Regional and sectional regional championship team ... named to the all-tournament team ... made Dean''s List both semesters at Loras.
