How it Happened
- The Panthers came out impressive as they built an early 11-2 advantage, including four kills from Emily Cleveland. Franciscan would respond on a 6-0 run that included three aces by Meghan Bayer. Bradford would prove to be too much as their 6-0 run would put set one out of reach as they won 25-16.
- The Lady Barons responded in a big way in set two. They would jump out to a commanding 14-3 advantage, including two aces from Caite O'Malley. Emma Birong would add two more kills and Meghan Bayer three, to give Franciscan a commanding win of their own at 25-14.
- Set three was all Panthers as they would pounce out to an early lead of 11-4. Monica Moore would add a kill, and Lauren Betar an ace to bring the match to 11-6. That would be the closest the set would be as a 10-0 run proved to be the difference as the Panthers rolled 25-8.
- A back and forth start to set four kept the match close as it would be 16-16. Renee Antonelli had four kills in the early going of this set, but the Panthers would go on another big run as they would close out the set on a 9-1 run to win the match.

Comments from Coach
We played much better today, but we didn't play with enough consistency to win the match. When we were passing well our offense was good, but we had lapses which we can't have against good teams. Meghan played well, and she is bac on track which is important going into the end of the season. We have to prepare well for La Roche on Wednesday.
