How it Happened
- The Lady Barons would be tested in set one as they would jump out to an early commanding lead of 19-12. The Redhawks would respond with a 13-3 run to close out set one and have the early edge.
- The Barons would respond in set 2 despite being down 9-1 in the early going. Franciscan would come back to tie on the serve on Meghan Bayer at 19-19 as they would go on a 9-0 run to ice the game at 25-19.
- A back and forth start to set three had it all square at 4, but Franciscan would break ahead as they were the first to fifteen at 15-12 on an ace from Sydney Riley. The Lady Barons would end on fire again as a 5-1 run would end the Redhawks.
- Franciscan would jump out to an early 16-8 lead in set four, behind four kills from Renee Antonelli. The Redhawks would cut it to 13-18, but the Lady Barons would prove their dominance tonight as they won 25-15
