- After winning the first two sets, the Barons dropped two close ones in a row before closing out a back-and-forth fifth set

Scouting the Presidents
- Washington and Jefferson come into this match 9-8 overall, with a 4-2 conference record
- Their record has been inconsistent throughout the season, to say the least
- At one point, they went on a five-game losing streak where they lost all five matchups 3-0
- They also have had multiple win streaks, and have won four of their last five games

- Logan Hickey has had a historic start to her collegiate career with 236 kills over 14 matches. 
- She has recorded 15 or more kills in each of the last seven matches.
- She is among the Top 20 in all of NCAA Division III in points per set (4.86) and kills per set (4.37)
- With her 24 kills against Geneva, she has now broken Franciscan's previous freshman kill record of 215 by Maria Ciola' 19 in the 2015 season.
- Anna Cain had 332 kills in 2012, her senior year, and that has stood since as the most kills by a Baron in a season.

Rising through the Ranks
-Mary Jean Cadman climbed into 7th all-time in kills with 588 and is nearing her former teammate, Gabrielle Disselkamp '25, who is 6th with 641 kills.
- Cadman climbed to 9th in points with 642.5. She is nearing Amy O'Keefe '15, who is in eighth with 655.5 points 
- Mary Smart climbed to seventh all-time set assists with 583. She now closes in on Rachel Potopa '17, who sits in sixth with 645.
- Kaitlan Hickey reached 550 career digs against Allegheny. Entering this match, her 3.79 digs per set over her career is fourth-best in program history.
