STEUBENVILLE, OHIO - After the conclusion of the Presidents' Athletic Conference (PAC) Women's Cross Country Championship on Saturday, the PAC released the 2025 All-Conference Teams. Franciscan had four runners earn All-PAC honors, including
Mary Worden, who was named PAC Newcomer of the Year.

Mary Worden (Fr. Fort Atkinson, Wis. / Fort Atkinson) was named PAC Newcomer of the Week four times this season, as she has had one of the best freshman seasons in program history. She is the eighth Baron in program history to earn Newcomer of the Year honors, and the first to earn it since
Lauren Dosch in 2023. Worden was the fastest freshman at the Championship, as she placed eighth to earn Second Team All-PAC honors.
Francesca Rivers (So. Sauk Centre, Minn. / Sauk Centre) was not far behind Worden, as she placed 11th to earn Second Team All-PAC honors as well. The sophomore has taken a significant step forward in this season, as she has posted career-best times in the 5K and 6K this season. Her fastest 6K time came at Louisville earlier this season, and that is where the Barons will be competing in the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Regional Meet on November 15th.
Teresa Meli (Jr. Tallahasse, Fla. / Homeschool) earned Honorable Mention All-PAC accolades. She has had a pair of Top 10 finishes this season, including a second-place finish at Bethany.  This is the first All-PAC honor of her career, and she returns next season alongside a talented young core to make a run at the Championship.
Emily Maag (So. Cleona, Pa. / Annville Cleona Secondary) finished two spots behind Meli, in 18th, to earn Honorable Mention All-PAC honors as well. The sophomore has had an excellent season with a pair of Top 5 finishes this season. She has set new PRs in the 5K and 6K, and she looks to finish out the season strong in the NCAA Regional meet.
Four All-PAC runners in a season are the most for Franciscan since 2021, when five runners earned this recognition.
The PAC also released the All-Sportsmanship Team, with one player from each institution being recognized.
Maria Eusebio (So. Rochester Hills, Mich. / Regina Caeli Academy) was the Baron to earn this distinguished honor.
