For the second consecutive season,
Joseph James (Herndon, Va. / The Heights School) earned a NCAA statistical championship. Last season, he led the nation in points per game at 7.35 en route to earning All-American honors from USA Lacrosse.

This season he recorded 4.73 goals per game to lead all players across all NCAA divisions. He missed a handful of games due to injury in the beginning of April, but he finished the season strong with 17 goals over the final three PAC games. The Virginia native was named Second Team All-PAC. He will enter the 2026 season, second in program history in points (192) and fourth in goals (128), as he looks to further establish his legacy as one of the best Baron athletes of all-time
