Today's senior spotlight is
Annie Seida, a three-year member of the Franciscan cross country team from Niles, Michigan. She looks to be a major contributor to a large, talented roster that looks to win their first conference championship since 2018.
What are you looking forward to most about the upcoming season?
Seida: Getting to know the new team this year. Every year is made up of such a different and special group of people.
What is your most memorable moment at Franciscan throughout your career?
Seida: CPR training for nursing! Might have not "saved" some of the dummies...but made a heck of a friend out of my CPR partner.
What are your plans after graduating from Franciscan?
Seida: I plan on working as a nurse, and at some point doing a masters degree in counseling.
Who has made the biggest impact on your life?
Seida: My twin. My twin has taught me what it means to to live and to love at a much deeper level.
What is the best piece of advice that you can give to the incoming freshmen at Franciscan?
Seida: I would tell any freshmen to never forget that Franciscan is a gift. It is unlike so many colleges, and a gift to get to be a part of.
