The Latest
- The Barons held a 5-9 record last season with a 3-5 mark in PAC play.
- The Barons lost a pair of their top point earners from a season ago. Nathaniel Carter (48) and Dominic Scordino (42) graduated in 2025.
- The Barons were picked to finish 6th in the PAC via the Coaches' Poll earlier this month. This is the first season that six teams will earn a spot in the PAC Championship Tournament.

Scouting the Wolverines
-  Since joining the PAC in 2019, they have won six consecutive titles while winning every PAC game that they have played.
- They enter this game with a 1-1 record.
- They opened the season at #2 Salisbury and lost 24-9. On Valentine's Day, they beat #19 Ohio Wesleyan in overtime.
- Rigdon Greene leads the team with eight points. Tyler Gladstone returns in goal for them for his fourth and final season.

Between the Pipes
- James Masso played the majority of minutes in goal for the Barons last season, but he returns to the midfield in 2026.
- A trio of freshman goalies are on the roster in 2026. John Kirk was named as a Player to Watch earlier this month. Mattias Bunai and Kyson Harpster may see time between the pipes.

The All-American
-  Joseph James earned All-American honors as a freshman, and he was named a preseason All-American prior to the 2025 season.
- The sophomore battled through injury to tally 67 points while being named Second Team All-PAC.
- He enters 2026 with 192 points. That is the second most in program history. Jonas McCaig '18 holds the program record with 217. 
- He enters fourth all-time in goals with 128. Former teammate, Gavin Cook '24 sits third with 129 goals, and Dan McCartney '19 is second with 133 goals.
- James is also second in program history with 64 assists. McCaig holds the record with 75 over his four-year career. 

Keeping it Clean
-The Barons had the fewest penalty minutes of any team in the PAC last season, with 31:30 total minutes of an average of just over two minutes per game in the box.
- They committed the fewest penalties (41) of any team in the conference.
