The Latest
- The Barons recorded their first conference win on Tuesday against Waynesburg and two wins against Mount Aloysius on Wednesday. 
- In their win against Waynesburg, the Barons recorded seven doubles out of their 13 hits to give them a 13-7 win against the Yellow Jackets. 
- The bats carried over into Wednesday's home games against Mount Aloysius, with the Barons recording 19 hits in the doubleheader. 
- The Barons won the first game 7-6. And in game two, the Barons came back in the bottom of the 6th inning, scoring five runs to put the Barons ahead for the win 8-7.  

Scouting the Terriers
- The Terriers currently have a 1-3 PAC conference record, with a 4-11 record overall. 
- Sophomore outfielder Luke Snider was named PAC Hitter of the Week on March 16. Snider is currently batting .346 with 18 hits, three doubles, and two home runs. 
- Senior infielder Tyler Fernandez currently leads the Terriers with a .375 batting average, 21 hits, and three home runs. 
- Last season, the Terriers went 14-24-1 in their overall record with a 4-11 record in the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC). 

Matchup History
- This game will be the Barons' first matchup against the Terriers. 
- The Terriers entered the PAC Conference last summer after being a part of the North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC).

Look Around the League
BASE

Bodie's Bon Voyage Ball 
- Josiah Bodie recorded his first home run of the season in the first game against Waynesburg on Tuesday. This is the first home run of the season for the Baron's lineup.  
- Bodie went 5-for-9 in the doubleheader against Waynesburg, along with three RBIs and two runs. 
- Then on Wednesday, Bodie recorded two hits against Mount Aloysius with two RBIs. 

Lindia's Perfect Day at the Plate
- Matteo Lindia had two perfect games at the plate against Mount Aloysius during Wednesday's matchup. 
- In the first game, Lindia went 3-for-3 with two RBIs and a run. 
- In game two, Lindia went 2-for-2 with two runs.
- Lindia's batting average rose 80 points from .406 to .486 in one afternoon, making the jump to second-best in the PAC.
- Lindia also hit his first triple of the season against Waynesburg on Tuesday. This was the first triple this season for the Barons.
- He heads to Hiram on a six-game hitting streak.

Performances at the Plate
- Nicholas Peffer recorded four hits against Waynesburg and four hits against Mount Aloysius. Among those hits were two doubles, both in the second game against Waynesburg. Peffer also had four stolen bases in the four games. 
- Zachary Cook and Aidan McKito both went 2-for-3 in the Barons' win against Waynesburg. Cook had two RBIs, and McKito had one. 
- John Nemmers went 2-for-3 in game one against Mount Aloysius and drove in three RBIs
- Aodhan Linehan also went 2-for-3 in the second game against Mount Aloysius with three RBIs and a double. 

Pitching Firsts
- Evan Speicher earned his first collegiate win after throwing three innings with three strikeouts and no earned runs for the Barons' first PAC win against Waynesburg. 
- Vincent Patts earned his first collegiate save, sealing the game 13-7. 
- Starting the first game against Mount Aloysius, in his first collegiate start, Xavier Franzonello recorded one strikeout during his four innings on the mound. 
- Dax Clifton recorded his first save, finishing the Mounties in the last inning 7-6, and David Kempf earned his first win
- Finally, Josiah Bodie finished off the day with his first career save, winning the second game 8-7. That gave John Cuva his first career win.
