Up Next
Franciscan will return to action at the National Catholic Championships in South Bend, Indiana next Friday. Franciscan Cross Country has played in this event every year since 2010, with the exception of it being canceled in 2020. It will be a great opportunity for the team to run against athletes from larger Division I and II schools. In 2019 the Barons placed 7th out of 21 schools there, as host Notre Dame would win the team title.
Liam Galligan placed 6th overall, as he beat several Division I and II athletes in an impressive showing in the 5K race.Â
