- Their three goals scored were the most in any game this season

Scouting the Cougars
- The Cougars come into this matchup with a 3-3-2 record

Keeping it Balanced
- Offensive production came from all over the field for the Barons
- Eva Dexter was very active, attempting seven shots and five shots on goal, but did not sink one in the net
- Senior forward Brenna Pereira, freshman midfielder Felicity Igot, and freshman defender Bella Urso each scored their first goal of the season
- Igot and Urso scored the first goals of their careers
- Sophomore defender Catherine DeWolf contributed the only Baron assist of the game on Urso's goal

Handling Adversity
- The Barons could have easily lost to Saint Vincent
- Every time the Barons equalized, the Bearcats returned fire with a goal of their own to take the lead
- The last Saint Vincent goal came at the 81:14 mark, which very easily could've spelled the end for the Barons
- They did not roll over and give up, and freshman defender Bella Urso scored the third goal of the game for Franciscan, securing the tie
- Turning what could've been a loss into a tie was very important for the Barons, especially at the start of conference play
