Highlights for the Women
- Jessica Campbell would be the fastest Baron in the 1500m with a time of 4:56.17 to place eighth in the field of 79 runners.
- Rebecca Bolster posted a time of 13.67 in the 100m. That would be the fourth fastest time in program history and a new personal record time for her. She also posted the fourth fastest time in program history in the 200m with a time of 27.88 seconds.
- Lauren Dosch placed second in the 800m with a time of 2:19.63 in a field of 68 runners. That would be the fourth fastest time in program history, and fastest of her outdoor season. Campbell placed seventh with a time of 2:23.03.Â
- Annie Seida was the first Baron to finish the 5000m, as she posted a time of 21:22.22 to place 26th.Â
- Kimbria Lance cleared 3.00m in the pole vault.
- Brigid Mack would have the best field event finish, as she placed third in the discus with a best throw of 39.01m.
Highlights for the Men
- In the 100m, Andrew Menck was the first Baron to finish, as he placed 21st. He posted an impressive time of 11.42 seconds which is among the five fastest times in program history.
- Ryan Ozymy placed 20th in the 200m with a time of 22.82 seconds.
- Joseph Rohde placed second out of 37 runners in the 400m with a time of 50.58 seconds. Ozymy was not far behind him in sixth with a time of 51.27 seconds. Dwayne Gethard just missed the podium in ninth place.
- Seamus Sommers was the fastest Baron in the 1500m with a time of 4:21.82.
- Nicholas Brass broke his own outdoor PR with a best throw in shot put of 13.53m to place 20th.Â
- Raphael Blose had his best showing of the season in the javelin. His throw of 42.82m is the third longest in program history, as he placed 22nd out of 41 throwers.Â
Up Next
The Barons will return to action at Westminster next weekend. This should be a talented field with several PAC schools to see where the Barons stack up with the rest of the league.Â
